This famous wildlife sanctuary is at the Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra border which is very attractive to both nature lovers and those in search of adventures. The heavy teak forest, large pastures, and beautiful Pench River, which supports a variety of plants and animals, create the beauty of the area. Pench National Park is the center of this wilderness and has a great population of Bengal tigers and diversity of wildlife. Besides the tigers, the visitors can also see leopards, wild dogs, sloth bears, gaurs, and a number of deer species that are living in their natural habitat. The park is also a great place for birdwatchers, as over 300 bird species have been recorded in its forests and wetlands. The park is separated into several safari zones wherein each zone the visitor will have a different terrain and wildlife experience. The park offers guided jeep safaris for visitors to go through these zones without any danger and at the same time, the region's ecology is explained by the naturalists who are an expert in the subject. It is a mix of living Indian wilderness with the excitement and the calm that is very rewarding at the end of the day.
