Forum > Travel > How Many People Can Travel in a Tadoba Gypsy?

Posted by VISHAL on August 08, 2026

A Tadoba Gypsy is a popular choice for exploring the wildlife of Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve. A maximum of 6 tourists can travel in one gypsy, excluding the driver and a trained nature guide. This makes the safari comfortable for families, friends, and small groups while providing enough space for everyone to enjoy wildlife sightings and photography.

During a Tadoba Gypsy Safari, visitors can explore designated safari zones with an experienced driver and guide who help identify animals, birds, and other wildlife. The open-sided vehicle also provides excellent opportunities for photography and observing nature closely. Children and adults can travel together, but all visitors must carry valid identification and follow the forest department's safari rules.
